How to request a refund

If you've booked tickets for one of our cancelled events or activities, here's how you can get in touch with us for a refund.

I have paid for tickets

If you have paid for tickets for an activity at the museum, we will be happy to issue you a refund—unless of course you would like to donate the ticket price to support our work. Please email us at info@locomotion.org.uk to arrange a call back.

We have a large number of refunds to process and this will take some time so please bear with us. Calls will be made 09.00-17.00, Monday–Friday and we will ask for some card details in order to process the refund. Please do not include any card details in your email.
